Chapter 1:

Cameron laid on her bed, House on top of her. She moaned with pleasure as House kissed her chest, then moved slowly down her body. She ran her hand through his hair and smiled at him as he looked up at her. He moved back to her mouth and kissed her, deep and strong. “Cameron…you’re so hot…” he said. She giggled and said, “You’re not so bad yourself, House.” He kissed her neck and licked her ear. Cameron could feel her body getting hotter. “Don’t stop…” she said, running her hands up and down his back. He continued to lick her ear, then started to bite it a little. Cameron smiled as she exhaled with extreme pleasure. House loved the feeling of her body, and blew lightly in her ear. “Ohhh, House…” she said, gripping his hot body tightly. Suddenly, Cameron felt something wet on her shoulder, but it wasn’t House’s tongue. She looked at her shoulder and saw blood. “What the hell!?” she shouted. House sat up and watched as Cameron’s face filled with horror. “AHHHH!” she screamed, watching House’s face begin to melt, blood oozing down onto his chest. He went to put his hand on her cheek, but the skin dissolved and only bone was left. “AHHHHHH!” Cameron screamed again. She leaped from her bed and ran from the room. House followed her, now looking like some kind of freakish zombie. “Get away from me!” Cameron shouted, leaning against her front door. She tried desperately to open it, but the door handle wouldn’t budge. “NOOOO!” she shouted, as House stood in front of her. He reached his hands out and grabbed her face. “CAMERON…” he said. She screamed once more, then she fell…fell into a deep black abyss…a never-ending oblivion…

“AHH!” Cameron screamed, shooting up in her bed. She clutched her covers and shivered. “Oh my God…it was just a dream? It seemed so real…” she said to herself. She heard and felt the cool breeze blowing in through her window. The curtains fluttered about, forced to be at the mercy of the wind. Cameron could relate. House was the wind. She was the curtains. But enough metaphors…or similes…or whatever. Cameron sighed and laid back down. She looked at the clock on her bedside. It said 3:34 AM. Then she caught a glimpse of the calendar hanging on the wall. She sighed, realizing what day it was. “Friday the 13th…”

Chapter 2:

House woke up to his alarm. It was 7:45 AM. It was also one of his favorite days ever; Friday the 13th. He loved seeing how stupid people acted all day. They all feared bad luck. “Ha. Bad luck. Yeah right.” he said to himself, getting out of bed. He rubbed his leg and walked around a little. Once his leg hurt a little less, he got in the shower, got dressed, and left on his bike. When he got to the hospital, he went to sign in, and ran into Cuddy. “Dr. Cuddy. Happy Friday the 13th.” he said, taking hold of her arm. “Yeah, thanks House.” she said. He pulled her to him and kissed her on the lips. “That should take care of any ‘bad luck’ you’ll have today.” he said, winking at her. Cuddy got a little flustered, but she just blushed and walked away. House smiled as he limped up to the elevator. Wilson came up beside him. “Nice one.” he said. “You gonna suck her neck if you need something?” he asked. House smiled slyly at his friend. “Sure. If I need to…” he said. Wilson just smiled. “Happy Friday the 13th, House.” he said as he left House standing at the elevator’s doors. House stepped onto the elevator and rode up to his office. As he walked in, he saw that Foreman was reading a book, Chase was doing a crossword, and Cameron was making coffee. She hadn’t heard him come in, so he snuck up behind her and stood over her shoulder. “Boo!” he whispered in Cameron’s ear. She jumped a little, then she spun around. “House!” she said. He cut off whatever else she was gonna say, by giving her a great, strong kiss. When he pulled away and said, “Happy Friday the 13th,” Cameron sighed and smiled. After realizing that Chase and Foreman were staring at her, she turned back to her coffee. House smiled, turning to Chase and Foreman. “Who’s next?” he asked, jokingly. Their mouths dropped in shock and House laughed. “Any cases?” he asked, pausing. “…judging by the way you guys are just sitting here, and the fact that Cameron didn’t punch me for kissing her, I’m gonna say that’s a no.” The silence confirmed his suspicions. “Okay, then, Cameron, you wanna go have some fun?” he asked. Cameron gave him a frustrated look. “No? Okay. I’m gonna go find Cuddy then. Maybe she’ll have fun with me.” he said, smiling as he left his office. Then he popped his head back in for a second. “All of you, cover my clinic hours.” he said, leaving his office. Foreman rolled his eyes and stood up. Chase let out an exasperated chuckle. Cameron smiled and thought about the fact that she’d LOVE to have a couple hours with House in the clinic…Ahh, Friday the 13th, she thought.

Chapter 3:

House had actually gone to see Wilson, not Cuddy. Now he was in Wilson’s office, laying down on the couch. Wilson laughed as they discussed pranks they could pull on Cuddy. “Naw, she wouldn’t fall for that.” Wilson said. “Sure she would!” House replied. “Think about it! It would be hilarious! A bloody head on a stretcher in her office?! That would be so freakin priceless!” He laughed out loud at the thought of Cuddy’s reaction. Wilson just smiled. “Well…it is a great idea…maybe we could pull it off…” he said. House shot up. “YES! Now, THAT’S the kind of attitude I’m looking for on this, ‘holiest of days!’” he shouted. Wilson laughed at that, then nodded. “Yeah…it could work…”

House had left Wilson’s office to go to the bathroom. He finished his business and went to wash his hands, when he looked up in the mirror and saw something fly through the room. He spun around, but saw nothing. As he asked, “Who’s there?” his voice echoed a little, but it received no response. House shrugged it off and went back to washing his hands. Then he left the room, the door swinging behind him. He never saw the creature in the corner of the room, watching his every move and he had no idea how much danger he was in…

Chapter 4:

“AHHHHHHH!!!!” House shouted, his voice echoing a little in his office. He looked around…there was no one there. It was just a dream. “Jesus…” he said to himself. “Yes?” Wilson said, walking through the swinging glass door. House smiled and laughed. “Very funny…..I just had this crazy dream……” he said. Wilson helped House off the floor, and they sat down in their respective seats. “What happened?” Wilson asked. He leaned forward and rested his arms on the desk. House sighed, trying to remember the beginning of his nightmare. “Well, I was in my room, messing around with Cameron, when suddenly-” “Wait…did you just say ‘you were messing around with Cameron?’ HAHAHAHA! That’s hysterical!” Wilson interrupted. House gave him a look.
“Yeah, I’m gonna bust a gut. Anyway, her skin dissolved and she was just a skeleton. I tried to get some help outside, but everyone was laying on the streets, nothing but bones and organs left. There was blood everywhere. It was so weird…” he said. Wilson looked at him like he was crazy. “Ya know, House, only you could have a dream like that.” he said. House smiled. “Yep. I’m so special.” They sat in silence for a minute, House looking out the door to the hallway, Wilson looking out the giant window at the back of House’s office. “What the hell was that?!” Wilson said, getting up from his seat. House looked out the window, but he didn’t see anything. “What’re you talking about?” he asked, following Wilson outside. He looked around, but still saw nothing. Wilson looked to the sky. “I swear…I swear I saw something…” he said, holding his hand to his head. House nodded, remembering seeing something in the bathroom earlier. “I think we may have a poltergeist.” he said, half-smiling, half-frowning. Wilson looked at him, then back to the sky. “Yeah…”

Cameron sat in the differential chamber. She sighed as she looked around at nothing, being the only one in the chamber at the time. She drummed her fingers on the giant glass table and rested her head on her hand. Where’re Chase and Foreman? she thought to herself. They’d been out of the chamber and somewhere else in the hospital for a couple hours now. She’d been there the whole time, doing nothing. House had been in his office for most of the time, every now and then going to Wilson’s office to talk to him about…something…she still wasn’t sure what they kept talking about. Maybe they were planning a prank…it was Friday the 13th, after all. House didn’t know that Cameron had been working on a prank to pull on him all day. She knew he loved this day and she wanted to get into the fun of it. A strange sound brought Cameron back to reality. She looked around as she stood up, trying to figure out what the hell caused the sound. But she found nothing. Absolutely nothing. She was completely by herself. She sighed, writing it off as her imagination taking over, and sat back down. The creature had been able to get out of the room before she saw it…

Chapter 5:

Chase sat in the lab, analyzing…something. He couldn’t even remember what anymore. He was so bored out of his mind. All he could think about was Cameron…how much he wanted to kiss her, hold her, touch her…a beep went off in the room and brought Chase back from his fantasies. He looked around, trying to figure out where the sound came from. He finally realized that it was the test results for whatever it was he was analyzing. He got up and walked over to the contraption holding the results. As he uploaded them onto the computer screen, he sighed. Why doesn’t she like me? What does House have that I don’t? he asked himself in his head. He didn’t even pay attention to the results, now. He just day-dreamed about Cameron…and the creature observed him in the corner of the ceiling…

Cameron walked down the hall from the bathroom with a trench coat on. She couldn’t believe she was doing what she was doing, but she’d dreamt about it and thought it would be fun. She still had to pull her prank…but this would HAVE to come first. She stood in the doorway of House’s office, waiting for him to look up. When he finally did, she pulled off her trench coat and revealed what was underneath. She was wearing a tight black shirt, tight black fishnet-stockings, a hot black skirt, high black boots and a black witches hat. She walked up to House, closing the door behind her. He was utterly stunned, sitting there with his mouth open. She smiled and pushed him back in his chair. She kissed him lightly on the lips as she unbuttoned his shirt. Then she knelt down and unzipped his pants with her teeth, running her hands up and down his chest. House sat completely still, but started to relax a little. Cameron smiled as she pulled out handcuffs. I love Friday the 13th. House thought, smiling as Cameron stood and kissed him again…

The creature had been observing people in the hospital all day. He watched Chase fantasize, watched Foreman slack off in the cafeteria, watched Cuddy and Wilson hanging out for a while, and even watched House and Cameron have a little fun. He still wasn’t sure of the best way to get to all of them…how could he “change” them all in one quick motion? What was the best way…? He had no idea. He sat in the clinic and waited for one of the doctors. He had shape-shifted into a patient in order to talk to them, in the hopes that he’d figure out the best way to succeed…but would it work?

Chapter 6:

Cameron bounced to the clinic, a smile tearing across her face. She and House had a pretty good time in his office. Of course, they hadn’t done anything medical…unless you considered getting hot, sweaty, and noisy to be somewhat medical. She walked into Exam Room 1, still smiling broadly. There was a little kid sitting on the bed, but there were no parents in sight. “Where’s your Mom or Dad?” Cameron asked, being over-caring, as usual. “I’m here alone.” the little boy replied. He had kind of a raspy voice, unusual for a kid his age, and was a tad fidgety. “How’d you get here by yourself?” Cameron asked. The little boy shifted on the bed, then replied, “I walked from my house. It’s down the street.” Cameron gave him an ‘aw-you-poor-thing’ look, and came up to him. “Okay, what seems to be the problem?” she asked. He looked up at her. “My head hurts, and so does my back tooth.” he said, clutching his jaw. Cameron nodded, taking out a mini-flashlight and opening the kid’s mouth. “Let’s take a look…” she said, peering inside the kid’s mouth and looking around at the teeth. “You seem to be fine, probably just have a wisdom tooth growing in. It tends to cause migraines, which are very bad headaches. Here, take one of these every day,” she said, handing the kid a bottle of aspirin, “and let me know if you still have those headaches after about a week of taking these, okay?” She smiled at him as he nodded and jumped down from the exam bed. “Thanks, Doctor.” he said. He smiled and left the room, letting Cameron have a couple minutes to reminisce about the fun she’d had with House just ten minutes earlier. He really knew just the right spots to hit…and he used his hands VERY well. She smiled and sighed as she thought about it…

Chase and Foreman sat in the differential chamber, eating lunch. They were talking and laughing about House, and Cuddy, and other things. Then Chase decided to bring up Cameron. “So, what do you think of Cameron?” he asked. Foreman gave him a look. “Don’t even think about it.” he said, laughing. Chase’s face got defensive. “What’re you talking about? I just wanted to know what you think of her!” he said. Foreman just laughed. “I know what you’re thinking, Chase. And don’t! Even if he won’t admit it, she’s House’s!” he said. Chase sighed and looked at his food, picking it up with his fork, then dropping it back down onto his plate. “Yeah…guess you’re right…” he said. Foreman looked at him with a mixture of emotions. He felt a little bad for Chase cuz he knew how much he liked Allison. But he also felt like laughing at him since Allison was so in love with House, no matter what she said. “Hey.” he said, making Chase look up. “If…if House didn’t have her, you’d be up.” he said. Chase nodded and smiled a little, then sighed again. “Come on.” he said, grabbing Chase’s arm. “What? Where’re we going?” Chase asked. “Well, the patient’s stable, House is locked in his office, Cameron’s in the clinic, let’s go get some drinks.” Foreman explained. Chase smiled. “A-alright. Sounds good.” he said, walking to the parking lot with Foreman. Maybe some heavy alcohol would take his mind off of Allison…he hoped so…

House sat in his office, smiling and breathing heavy. He was still in shock over what had happened with him and Cameron just fifteen minutes earlier. He thought about it over and over in his mind. Cameron really knew how to use her tongue…House couldn’t help but laugh, remembering everything she’d done to him. He wanted more. She was really good. “Better than my hookers…” he thought out loud. He was rolling a pencil between his fingers and thinking about Cameron’s hot, sweating body against his, when his door opened. Cuddy came in. “House, what’re you doing?” she exclaimed, throwing her hands in the air and walking up to his desk. He smiled. “Nothing…now. But if you’d come in about fifteen minutes earlier, I was VERY busy then.” he said. Cuddy gave him a ‘what-the-hell-are-you-talking-about’ look and said, “WHAT?!” She crossed her arms and waited for a response. “Cameron came in here looking VERY…yummy.” House said, licking his lips. He winked at Cuddy. “Guess you’re up now.” She rolled her eyes and shouted, “Get in the clinic and do your damn job!” Then she turned on her heel and left the room. House let out a chuckle. He got up from behind his desk and limped out into the hallway. As he walked to the elevator, he paused at Wilson’s door and knocked. “Can Jimmy come out and play?” he shouted. He continued to walk to the elevator, and a couple seconds later, Wilson came and stood next to him. “What’s up?” he asked. House didn’t try to hide his smile or his happiness, so obviously Wilson noticed. “What did you do?” he asked, his eyes widening. House laughed. “Actually, it’s more what Cameron did to ME…” he said, winking at his friend. Wilson’s mouth dropped. “WHAT?!” he shouted. People stopped in the hallways and looked at the two men standing in front of the elevator doors. House grabbed Wilson’s arm and shouted down the hallways, “It’s fine. He just found out he’s pregnant!” Then he smiled and dragged Wilson to the area outside of their offices. “What do you mean ‘what Cameron did to you?!’” he shouted as soon as they got outside. House sat down on the ledge and smiled very broadly. “She came in my office, kinky as can be, and we did the horizontal tango.” he said. “God, it was fantastic. She’s very good at what she does. And I’m not talking about being a doctor. She really knows how to use her tongue…you should try it out sometime…” Wilson was in complete shock. “You two…had SEX?!” he shouted. “And…SHE initiated it?!” He was dumbfounded. “But, that doesn’t make sense at all! She’s so reserved! She doesn’t even like to TALK about sex! Let alone go into your office and do it with you out of the blue!” House gave Wilson a look. “What, are you jealous? You wanna go nail Cameron? Go ahead; I already had a ride. But you’ll have to pay $1.00. And you have to be at least ‘this tall’ to ride.” he said, laughing as he walked back inside and to the elevators. Wilson just stood there, his hand on his head and his jaw on the ground. “I can’t believe it…I gotta go talk to Cameron…” he said, walking back inside.

The creature had shifted back into his original form and was hiding in the morgue. He loved it here. It was dark, quiet, and no one was ever in there. People only came in for emergencies, and those were rare. So, he laid down on one of the tables and thought. Cameron seemed to be a pretty nice person. Good, it would be easy to get to her. House, Cuddy, and Foreman would be harder. Chase…he still wasn’t sure about Chase. He’d have to figure out a way to get him later. As he sat and thought, someone came down the steps of the morgue. The creature leaped up from the table and clung to the ceiling corner. He saw House come in and sit down. He watched as House sat and thought about...what he wasn't sure...but House seemed to get sad...he could feel House's tears welling up in his eyes. And he felt bad for House...he would be quick with him, when he got House, he would be sure not to make him suffer, if he could help it...

Chapter 7:

The whole team was sitting in the differential chamber. It was 8:30, Thursday morning. Cameron was still thinking about the afternoon she’d had with House, while Chase and Foreman talked about how much fun they’d had at the bar the night before. House was late, as usual. So Cameron got up and made him some coffee. She brought it back to the table and sat it down, just as House entered the office. “When Cameron was in Egypt’s land…let my Cameron go!” he sang, quoting Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. He winked at Cameron and grabbed the coffee sitting at his seat. “For me? Aw, you shouldn’t have! And I didn’t get you anything!” he said, throwing his bag onto the chair behind him. The team just sat there, but Cameron was smiling at House. He turned around and stared at his silent team. “What, no cases?” he asked. But he already knew the answer. “Alrighty then, Croc Hunter, OJ, cover my clinic hours. Cameron, I need to see you in my office. Gotta do employee evaluations today.” he said, winking at her. Chase and Foreman rolled their eyes, sighed, and left. Cameron got up and headed to House’s office, getting a little nervous. He wanted more…and so did she…what the hell, go for it. she told herself. She walked into his office, where he had chocolate-covered strawberries on a silver platter sitting on his desk. She smiled at him, and he picked up a strawberry. He licked it first, then sunk his teeth in and took a bite. He closed his eyes and swallowed. “Mmmm…pretty good, Cameron…” he said. She walked up to his desk, where he was sitting, and grabbed one of the strawberries. She licked it first as well, seeing his eyes widen a little. She smiled and bit her strawberry. “Mmmm…you’re right…these are good…” she said, licking her fingers. House breathed in excitedly and put his hand on Cameron’s waist. “Come here, strawberry.” he said to her, smiling. She giggled and put her hands between the waist of his pants and his skin. They closed the distance and kissed passionately, him moving his hands up under her shirt, her pushing her hands down under his pants. They both jumped a little when they reached their intended targets and exhaled forcefully. Cameron giggled again as House kissed her neck and held her close to him. She smiled and ran a hand down his chest, loving every second of her ‘employee evaluation’…

Chase and Foreman had been working the clinic for roughly two hours and they were getting pretty sick of it. They took patient after patient and were ready for a break from all the whining. They crossed paths in the hall. “God, I hate the clinic.” Chase said. Foreman laughed. “Yep. Me too. Now I get why House always pawns his work off on us.” Chase nodded and smiled, then sighed. “Gotta go. Got at least four more to get to before the end of the hour.” he said. Foreman nodded. “Same here. See ya.” he said. They parted and Chase went to Exam Room 3. Inside was a little boy. “Hello, there.” Chase said, sitting down. “Where’re your parents?” he asked, just noticing that the kid was there alone. “I’m here alone. I live down the street, so I walked here by myself.” the kid said. Chase nodded. “Okay, well, um…okay what’s wrong?” he asked. “My tummy hurts…” the kid said. Chase smiled at him. “Okay, have you been eating a lot of candy lately?” he asked the kid, noticing how colorful the kid’s mouth was. “Y-yeah…well, it’s almost Halloween, so…” the kid replied. Chase chuckled. “Yeah. Well, why don’t you just eat a little less candy, and drink some soda, and I think you’ll be fine.” The kid smiled. “Okay. Thanks Doctor man.” he said, getting off the bed and leaving. Chase smiled after the kid left. He loved little kids. They were so cute. And he was good with them. He hoped he would have a kid someday…maybe with Cameron…

Cameron walked down the hallway, towards the elevator. But someone grabbed her and pulled her into a dark office. She tried to scream, but they had their hand over her mouth. They locked the door to the office and held Cameron tightly. “Shhhh…” came a familiar voice. Cameron stopped fidgeting. “W-Wilson?” He let go of her. “Yes, I need to talk to you.” he said. She sat on the floor of the empty office. “You could’ve just ASKED to talk if you needed to so bad!” she said, feeling her throat where Wilson’s arm had been. “Sorry.” he said. “But this is really important and I don’t want anyone to know that I talked to you. Especially House.” He watched her face lose it’s anger and become serious. “What? What is it?” she asked. “Well…House…House told me that you two…um…that you two…did some stuff in his office.” he said. He didn’t like this whole situation and was being a little immature about it. Cameron smiled. “Yes, we did have some fun in his office. Twice, now.” she said. Wilson’s eyes got wide and his jaw dropped to the floor again. “WHAT?! YOU DID IT AGAIN?!” he shouted. She kept her smile, but inside she was getting a little scared of Wilson. He was getting a tad too angry. “Yeah, we did it again. So what? It’s not like he’s married to you or something. This doesn’t concern you. We’re just having some fun. And who knows…maybe we’ll get a relationship out of this.” she said. A couple fantasies of her and House getting married and having kids and a home flew through her head. Wilson snapped her back to reality. “Are you being intentionally dense?” he asked. Cameron gave him a look. “He’s not gonna have a relationship EVER AGAIN! Stacy tore him to pieces! His heart is so broken, I doubt even super glue could fix it.” he said. He took a deep breath and sighed. “Look, I know you think he can change, or you think you can have some kind of relationship with him, but he will never change. He’ll always be jerkish, sarcastic, snooty, and arrogant. He’ll always be House. No matter what you do. And you’ll always be you; caring, nice, thoughtful, and sweet. That’s never gonna change. I’m sorry, but you’re being naïve if you think you and House can have a successful relationship.” he said. Cameron had tears staining her face and was clutching her jacket tightly. She knew he was right, but she didn’t want him to be. He saw how much his words may have actually hurt her and came down to the floor, where she was sitting. “I’m sorry.” he said, putting his arm around her shoulders to comfort her. She turned to him and cried into his chest. He held her and let her cry. He doesn’t know how lucky he is…to have someone so wonderful love him so much… Wilson thought. She stopped crying and leaned back. “I know you’re right…” she said, wiping her face with the corner of her jacket. “But I still wanna try to have something normal with him…okay?” she said. She stood up, pulling Wilson up too. She left the office and walked to the elevators. Wilson stayed in the empty, dark office for a couple minutes, thinking about Cameron’s sweetness…and House’s dirtiness…and now he needed to talk to House. He left the office and walked down to House’s office…

The creature knew about Chase now. He would be easy, but he felt a lot of pain steering Chase’s actions. He knew Chase had lost his father to cancer and that he was still very upset about it. Especially the fact that he never got to say goodbye. What he never expected was to find out that Chase had extreme respect for House and that he loved having him as a boss. He also found out how much Chase really loved Cameron. He knew he’d be able to get him easy, but he couldn’t help but feel pity for Chase. And he’d try to be good to him as well as House and Cameron. Wilson he still needed to figure out…

Chapter 8:

“HOUSE!” Wilson shouted, slamming through the door. House stared at his friend curiously. “Sup, Jimmy?” he said, clutching the scarlet and grey ball that usually sat on his desk. What most people didn’t know was that House was born and raised in Ohio, where there were a ton of hardcore Buckeye fans (the Ohio State University’s college football team). So, the ball was very important to him, being scarlet and grey, the OSU colors. He threw it up in the air and caught it again, waiting for Wilson to talk. Wilson came up to the desk and sat down in the chair in front of it. He calmed himself a little, clasping his hands and exhaling slowly. House sighed, knowing what Wilson was gonna say before he even said it. “Look, DAD, I don’t need your assistance. You know what happens when you assume that I need assistance? You become a DOUBLE pain in the ass to me.” he said, leaning forward in his seat. Wilson sighed and leaned forward as well. “I know you don’t want help. I’m not offering it. I want to know what the hell you’re thinking.” he said. His and House’s faces were only about 6 inches apart from each other. Wilson watched as House’s face slowly became angrier…then House’s face went completely ‘flat’ and straight. “Why, Jimmy, I haven’t got the faintest idea what you’re talking about.” he said, giving his friend an expectant look…accompanied by a devilish smile. Wilson sighed again. “Fine. Ignore it. I’ll get an answer out of you at SOME point.” he said, his and House’s faces about 5 inches apart now. House smiled again. “Of course you will. You’re Jimmy the Genie! You can make even the IMPOSSIBLE come true!” he said. Wilson couldn’t help but smile and laugh. House chuckled for a minute…then things got quiet…House and Wilson stared at each other for a couple minutes. When they realized that things were getting kind of awkward, they both leaned back in their seats. “Have you seen Cameron?” House asked. “Not since I talked to her in my office.” Wilson replied. House nodded. “Probably in the clinic…”
Chapter 9:

It was about 10:00 in the morning by then, and Cameron decided to make some late coffee for everyone while she waited for them to come back to the differential chamber. When she was finally done making enough coffee for 8 cups, she poured one for herself and sat down. As the steam floated up towards the ceiling, she clutched the cup and wished she was at home, sitting on her couch, watching TV. It was raining outside, so she was in kind of a home-y sleepy mood. She sighed and took a sip of her coffee. Her face contorted in disgust and she rose and dumped out her coffee in the sink. That’s weird…that tasted WAY different than normal…she thought, setting her cup down on the counter. House came in and threw his bag on a chair. “Hey, Cam. Ya up for some more strawberries?” he asked, smirking slyly at her. Cameron gave him a smile back, then sighed again. “Not right now, House. Maybe later. We’ve got a patient and Cuddy says we have a meeting to attend this afternoon.” she said, walking up to House and putting her hand on his shoulder. He kissed her lightly on the lips, then said, “A meeting? Yeah, that’s at the top of my ‘to-do’ list. Just before you.” He winked at her and took the file that was in her hand. Then he limped up to the white-board and listed the symptoms. Cameron looked at the board as she handed him his cup of coffee. He nodded at her in thanks and took a sip. Then he paused and gave Cameron a look, swirling the coffee around in the cup. “What? You don’t like it?” she asked, expecting him to say ‘no’ since she herself had found the coffee to taste somewhat strange. “Oh contraire, it’s fantastic.” he said, gulping down the remaining contents of the cup. He licked his lips and turned back to the white-board. “So…when’s that meeting?” he asked. Cameron gave House a strange look…although he didn’t see it since he was staring at the white-board. Since when does House care about meetings?

Foreman and Chase had come into the differential chamber later on, both downing their coffee thinking it tasted wonderful. Apparently, Cuddy and Wilson had gotten some coffee earlier, before Cameron had even made any, and they also thought that it tasted amazing. Cameron was very confused, not sure why everyone thought the coffee had tasted so good when she thought it had tasted terrible. She thought it was strange, but she shook it off and worked on the computer for a while, answering House’s mail and working on other things. It was getting close to 1:00 then, and House was sitting in his office. Wilson was with House and they were talking about something…probably Cuddy or the clinic or something they usually talked about. Chase and Foreman had decided to work the clinic until the meeting, so they were there. Cameron was quickly getting bored, and decided to join House and Wilson’s discussion. She walked in and the boys looked at her as if she didn’t really belong there. She smiled at House and said, “Sorry for intruding, but I’m bored out of my mind. Can I join in?” she asked, walking up to House’s desk. He smiled at her and said, “Sure, Alli, sweetie.” Wilson smiled at her and said, “Hey, wanna hear a poem?” Cameron nodded, a bit surprised by how open they both were to letting her talk with them. “Okay, here it is: Roses are red, Violets are blue, I’m schizophrenic, and so am I.” he said, laughing hysterically as soon as he got the last word out. Cameron gave him a weird look, then laughed along with him, House joining in as well. They all laughed together for a couple seconds, then stopped, clutching their stomachs and smiling at each other. House glanced at the clock. “Oh, it’s 1:20. Almost time for that meeting.” he said, turning to Wilson and nodding. Wilson nodded back and said, “Let’s go get some food.” Then House turned to Cameron. “You wanna come?” he asked. Cameron gave both the men a confused look, paused, and said, “Uh…no…that’s okay…thanks.” House smiled and got up. “Okay, no problem. See you at the meeting, then.” he said, walking to the door. Wilson got up and went to follow House, but paused and went up to Cameron. “Are you okay?” he asked. Cameron looked at the floor. “Y-yeah…I’m fine.” she replied. “Just…you guys seem…kinda…well, kinda different.” She looked back up into Wilson’s eyes. “We’re different? What do you mean?” he asked, looking curious and confused. Cameron shook her head. “Never mind. Enjoy your lunch.” she said. Wilson smiled and kissed her on the cheek. Cameron knew it was a just a friendly, practically brotherly kiss, and she smiled and let him leave. She went back to her desk and sighed, incapable of figuring out what was going on with Wilson and House. She checked the clock. It said it was 1:41. She began to wonder if House really planned on going to the meeting…if so, something really weird was going on…

Chapter 10:

House and Wilson sat at their usual table in lunch, both eating their usual meals. They talked about Cameron. “She said that she thinks…we’re acting different…” Wilson said. House took another bite of his sandwich. “What did she mean…different?” he asked. Wilson shook his head. “I don’t know. She never told me.” he said. House sighed. “She’s the one who’s acting kinda different.” he said, finishing off his sandwich. He checked the watch he was now wearing; he didn’t want to be late for the meeting. His watch said it was 1:57. “Oh, damn! We’re gonna be late for the meeting!” he said, looking up at Wilson with worry overtaking his face. Wilson looked utterly shocked at the news and said, “Come on! We’ve gotta get going!” he said. He and House got up and left the cafeteria as fast as they could. The meeting was supposed to be in office-space on the second floor, close to the office. They headed up to the office-space (Rm. 6656), and walked inside. Chase, Foreman, and Cuddy were sitting there, waiting for the meeting to commence. Cameron was no where in sight. “Where’s Cameron?” House asked, the time now 1:59. Everyone shook their heads, meaning they didn’t know. House sighed, then sat down, Wilson sitting down next to him. The clock in the room turned to 2:00, and everyone became dead silent.

Cameron entered the room at 2:01. No one was moving. She looked at everyone. “Are you guys okay?” she asked, walking up to House. She waved her hand in front of his face…nothing. He didn’t move. He didn’t speak. He didn’t even blink. “HOUSE!?” she shouted. Again, nothing. “What the hell’s going on, you guys?” she asked. No one responded. She looked around the room…everything looked normal…then she saw it…

Chapter 11:

The creature swooped down in front of her, then up towards the ceiling. “AHH!” Cameron screamed, shocked by whatever the hell the thing was that just tried to attack her. “Dr. Cameron. Thanks for coming. Would you like anything? A drink?” the creature asked. Cameron didn’t respond. “No? Okay. Well, then, take a seat, I don’t want to have to hurt you.” it said. Cameron’s face contorted in shock and fear. “What…what do you mean?” she asked. The creature smiled at her, coming down onto the floor. He quickly transformed into a human; a man, about 28 years of age. He was handsome, and walked up to her, putting his hand on her cheek. “Well, sweetheart, I need to do this all at once, and if you’re standing and not under the…well, not feeling as your friends are, then you will be in very much pain when it happens, and you are already in pain. I don’t want to cause you any more.” he said. Cameron looked at the hand that was now on her shoulder, then back into the eyes of the…thing. She shoved his hand off her shoulder. “What the hell are you talking about?! Get away from me!” she shouted, backing up into the wall. The creature laughed a little, then swiftly came right up to her body. It was only about an inch from her, its face even closer to hers. She exhaled, fear bubbling over inside her. It grabbed her wrists and shoved them against the wall, pinning her in place. Her face contorted in absolute terror. “Please…” she said. It gave her an evil look. “Maybe you should’ve done what I told you, Allison.” it said. She screamed and yanked her hands free. She ran to the other side of the room, where there was a table with plates, silverware, and even trays of food. What was it planning to do? she thought to herself. She spotted a butter knife and grabbed it. The creature transformed back into it’s original form. “What the hell are you?!” Cameron shouted. The creature smiled…or, well, that’s Cameron took it as. “I’m the demon Abraxis.” it said, slowly moving closer to House. Cameron was a little confused. “A…demon? You mean…like, in Charmed? You’re the demon from Charmed?” she asked, swearing she was losing her mind. The demon shook his head, also confused now. “Charmed? What are you talking about?” he asked. Cameron stared into space for a second, then blinked and said, “Never mind. Get away from Greg.” she said, moving closer, but keeping the butter knife hidden. Abraxas put his hands on House’s shoulders. Cameron moved closer, and was now just across the table from Abraxas. “Leave him alone…” she snarled, getting ferociously angry. Abraxas smiled evilly and clutched House tighter. Cameron moved quickly. She threw the knife across the room, at the demon. It landed in his chest, and he flew back onto the floor. Cameron ran up to House and put her hand on his shoulder. She looked him over real quick and saw that he was fine. She turned back to finish off Abraxas…but he was gone. “What the hell?!” she shouted angrily. She looked around…but Abraxas was no where in sight. Suddenly, House looked up at Cameron. “Hey…what’s going on…are you okay?” he asked, noticing the fear still occupying her face. She looked down into his deep blue eyes and blinked the fear away. “Uh…yeah…I guess.” she replied, still looking around the room somewhat frantically. House sighed and said, “Okay. Cudds, General Hospital starts in 6 minutes, so…see ya!” He got up, pulling Wilson with him. Wilson, in turn, pulled Cameron with him and they all went up to House’s office to watch the soap.

Abraxas stood in the morgue, looking in one of the mirrors at his wound. He slowly pulled the butter knife out of his chest. He held in a scream of pain and threw the knife into a sink nearby. He put his hand to his chest, then pulled it away, blood oozing from it. He grabbed a bandage that was under one of the counters and wrapped it around his torso to cover the wound. Cameron would definitely pay for hurting him, when he’d tried to protect her…

Chapter 12:

House, Cameron, and Wilson were watching TV in House’s office. They heard a sound coming from the diagnostic chamber…it sounded like someone was being beaten. Cameron got up and walked over to the chamber. (the blinds were down, so they couldn’t see anything in the chamber) The door shut behind Cameron and she jumped. The chamber was dark and Cameron looked around, a little confused. Suddenly, something came down on her, making her fall to the ground. He was on top of her, holding her down. “What the hell?!” she shouted. “I told you I’d protect you, Allison…but you hurt me. Well, now it’s your turn to hurt.” he said. He pulled an athemay out of his pocket and held it above Cameron’s back. She looked up at the knife and started to scream, but before she could, the athemay swung down and plunged into Cameron’s back, piercing her heart. She died almost instantly. “

Cameron?” came House’s voice through the glass. Abraxas flew up and out of the room. House got up and walked into the diagnostic chamber. He gasped at the sight of Cameron’s lifeless, bleeding body. He fell to his knees and cried. “Cameron!” he said, knowing full well she couldn’t hear him. Wilson came up behind House and gasped. He turned away, not wanting to see the sight of his once good friend stabbed, bleeding and dead on the floor. He put his hand on House’s shoulder. House cried hard and heavy, gasping for air. “No…it can’t…no…Cam…Allison…” he said into his hands. He lifted Cameron to him and put a hand on her cheek. “I love you…I’m so sorry…” he told her. She didn’t respond. He cried into her shoulder as Wilson clutched House’s shoulders in attempted comfort.

“She’s…dead.” House told Cuddy and the crew. They were devastated. They all began to cry and question what happened. House could only say, “I don’t know.” He needed to find the killer as soon as possible. “They’re gonna pay…” he said under his breath. He turned on his heel and walked out into the hallway. He looked around and saw no one suspicious, so he walked back into the chamber. “Cuddy, you need to lock down the hospital. We can’t let this guy escape.” he said. Cuddy nodded and ran out of the office to take care of everything. House turned to Wilson and the crew. “Come on. We’re gonna find this guy.” he said, heading back out into the hallway. They were 4 guys on a mission. REVENGE…

Chapter 13:

Cuddy laid Cameron’s cold body on one of the metal slide-out stretchers in the morgue. A tear rolled down her cheek and onto Cameron’s hand. “I’m so sorry, Allison.” she whispered. She slid the stretcher into the wall and locked the door on it. Then she fell to the floor in tears, unable to control her sadness. She had to help House and the team. They needed to get that killer. Fast…

House and Wilson were headed for the ER. They had syringes and a couple operating knives. Chase and Foreman had gone to the OB/GYN floor, and Cuddy had gone to the Psych Ward. Wilson was leading the way since House wasn’t in the best condition to be hunting a killer. He moved to the door that lead to the hallway of the emergency entrance. He motioned for House to follow him. They moved through the doors and snuck over to one of the operating rooms. House was slow due to his leg, and Wilson was already in the room while House was still moving towards the doorway. In his slowness, he spotted something running to a room at the end of the hall. “Wilson! He’s down there!” House shouted, pointing to where the thing had gone. Wilson nodded and ran down the hall, House in the lead this time, fighting the pain in his leg so he could avenge Cameron’s death. He and Wilson finally caught up to the thing and tackled it. It squirmed under them and tried to escape. “You are gonna PAY for killing Cameron, you asshole!” House shouted, grabbing a syringe from his coat pocket. He stabbed it into the thing’s heart and injected the poison…it had no affect. It continued to squirm and screech, trying to escape. House grabbed the last three syringes and injected the deadly dosage into the thing. Slowly, it stopped squirming and it’s screeches got a lot quieter. House leaned close to it’s ear and whispered, “Rot in hell, you bastard.” And with that, the demon, Abraxas, died. Wilson and House gave each other very small smiles. “Now she can rest in peace…” Wilson said. House nodded. Tears began to flow from his eyes and he clutched his face. Wilson held House as he cried, and eventually, he joined the misery. After a while, the crying stopped, and House and Wilson went to tell Cuddy, Chase, and Foreman that they’d succeeded in killing the killer.

Only days after that terrible event of Cameron’s death, the whole crew had quit. They moved away from New Jersey and started new lives. House and Wilson still saw each other. They would visit Cuddy, Foreman, and even Chase every now and then. After Cameron’s death, their lives seemed to stop. It was as if nothing mattered anymore. Cameron was kind. She was sweet, smart, and so beautiful. And she was a great loss to the universe. House couldn’t help but contemplate this as he walked down the street to his pharmacy to get more vicodin. His leg seemed to be doing better, despite the pain that clawed at his heart. He needed less and less vicodin as time went by, and to that, he accredited Cameron. He stopped at the traffic light and waited for it to change to red so he could cross the street. As he looked up from the ground, he thought he saw…“Cameron?” he said. She looked at House and said, “Thank you. I love you.” And then…she was gone. House felt tears well up in his eyes, and he didn’t stop them from falling. “I love you too.” he said, knowing she could hear him, no matter where she was.

House pushed her up against the wall. He kissed her passionately, moving his hands up and down her body. She moaned as he moved to her neck and sucked and kissed her hot skin. He smiled and continued his actions. She moved her hands down between his pants and his waist. His shirt was on the floor, as was her’s. When she wrapped her hand around her intended target, he jumped a little. Then she moved her hand up and down, slowly, then quickly, causing moans to erupt from him. She smiled and he moaned louder. She stopped and pulled her hand out of his pants. They spun around and fell back onto his bed, bouncing a little as they landed. She unzipped his pants and slowly pulled them down and off of his legs, while moving her body down and closer to his. Her mouth finally arrived at it’s destination, and she wrapped her mouth around it, as she’d done with her hand. House moaned, feeling so much pleasure coursing through his hot, sweating body. She smiled as she moved up and down, running her hands up his legs. Finally, he reached his climax and screamed out. She moved back up to the top of his body, kissing his chest. He flipped her over so he was on top of her, and had his turn making her scream…

House woke up on his couch. "Was it a dream?" he asked himself, looking around. He was still wearing the clothes he’d worn to work and his cane was in his hand. He sighed. "Must’ve been a dream..." he said. He stood from the couch, his leg hurting more then normal. He saw that his vicodin wasn’t sitting on the table near the couch, so he limped into his bedroom and grabbed the bottle. He popped two pills and looked at his bed…there was a woman lying in it. She was sound asleep, barely moving as she breathed silently. "Guess it wasn’t a dream..." he said, quietly. He couldn’t see her face...and he didn’t know who she was. He couldn’t remember and he had no idea. He limped around to the other side of the bed and tried to check out her face, but it was buried in the pillow. For some strange reason, he didn’t want to wake her up, so he went back into the living room and checked the clock. It read 3:57 PM. He decided to go for a ride and grabbed his motorcycle jacket. He walked outside to his bike and got on, hooking his cane on the side of it. He revved up the bike and drove off into the afternoon...he had no specific destination, but it felt good having the wind rush past him as he sped up to 60 miles per hour. The scenery -- well, as much scenery as there was in New Jersey -- flew by him as he shot down the road. Finally, he stopped. He got off his bike and pulled his helmet off his head, looking around at his location. It was quiet...it was peaceful...it was...nice. He liked the silence, but preferred the active scene, and decided to head off again. It was now about 8:00 and was already quite dark outside. He didn’t care, and continued on his quest for nothing.

He wasn’t really paying attention when it happened. He was just driving down the road. He never even noticed the headlights of the oncoming car. But, that was the driver’s intention. They slammed into his motorcycle, sending him flying backwards. He slammed against the ground, his motorcycle scattered around and in pieces, his cane he didn’t know where. His head began to feel wet and he couldn’t move at all…then he slipped into unconsciousness...

Wilson had finally found House, about 10 hours after he had crashed. Wilson held him tightly, crying at the sight of his dead friend. He cried into House's shoulder, feeling his icy cold skin. "House! No! You can't...no!" he shouted into the cool night air. He couldn't control his crying and seemed to go into convulsions. He clutched his friend as if it was his own brother he was holding, and continued to cry harder then ever. Once he was able to control the tears a little, he looked at House's slightly blue-ish face. "I'm so sorry, House...I'll remember you forever..." he said, tears dropping onto House's skin. He kissed House's forehead and carried him to his car. He brought the body to the hospital. Cuddy was the first to see Wilson and find out what made him cry. "He...he's dead?" she asked, feeling any air that had been in her body immediately leave it. She couldn't believe what she'd heard and started gasping for breath. "N-no...it can't...no..." she said. Wilson wrapped his arms around her in the hopes of comforting her a little, but he also needed comfort. "Come on...we have to tell the others." he said, trying to be tough, how he thought House would want him to be. He took Cuddy to the office, which made them both cry, remembering everything that had ever happened in that beloved place. Cuddy began to sob uncontrollably. Chase, Cameron, and Foreman looked up from the glass table. "What's wrong? What's going on?" they all asked, worry flooding their eyes. Cuddy couldn't breath, let alone talk, and continued to cry and shake. Wilson realized he'd have to tell them what happened. "House...was in an accident...he's dead." he said, not believing the words that left his mouth. Chase and Foreman were in utter shock. Cameron immediately began to cry and shake, and she and Cuddy huddled together, feeling the pain course throughout their entire bodies and over-take them. Chase and Foreman couldn't seem to find the ability to stand up and began to cry. Not as bad as the girls or Wilson, but definitely severe crying. They all cried deep into the night until they just couldn't cry anymore. They fell asleep, unpeacefully, for about an hour, then awoke together, remembering the pain of the night before. "I can't believe it...it's never gonna be the same without him..." Chase said. Wilson felt tears well up in his eyes again and began to gasp a little. "No...it won't..."
