Luella Shayla Derfler Cameron

CHAPTER ONE:

“Excuse me? Where’s Dr. Cuddy’s office?” Luella Shayla Derfler asked as she signed in. She had entered the lobby of Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital and was now asking Nurse Brenda where she should go.
“Over there.” Nurse Brenda replied, sounding rather annoyed. Luella gave her a look, then headed for Cuddy’s office. She opened the first set of doors, then knocked on the second set. Cuddy was on the phone, but she waved Luella in.
“Okay…okay…yes…thank you…alright…bye.” she said into the phone as Luella walked up to her desk. Cuddy hung up the phone and looked up at Luella.
“Can I help you?” she asked, sounding very tired, even though the day had just begun.
“Um, yes, I’m Luella Shayla Derfler Cameron, the new intern under Dr. House.” she said, smiling. Cuddy thought for a moment, then smiled.
    “Oh, yeah. Okay, Luella -”
“Oh, you can call me Shay.”
“Okay, Shay, um, well, Dr. House’s office is on the third floor, down the hall, second door to your left. Careful, though. House is a tough guy to handle.”
“Don’t worry. James informed me all about Dr. House.”
“Okay, well, good luck. Hope your first day works out fine.”
With a smile and a nod, Shay left the office and headed for the elevator. She’d never liked taking the stairs, and she was tired already from the stress she’d been going through all night, worrying about her first day. Finally, the familiar ding rang out and the doors of the elevator opened. Shay climbed in and pressed the button for the third floor. But just as the doors were about to close all the way, a cane was shoved between them, and caused them to part again. Shay gasped slightly as Dr. House joined her in the elevator. She pressed the ‘close doors’ button and waited as the elevator rode up.
“Hello, Dr. House.” she said, staring at the doors. House looked at her for a moment, curious as to why she thought she could speak to him, then nodded.
“Hello, woman-I-don’t-know.” he replied. She smiled as she looked down at her shoes, remembering how James had told her that House would be sarcastic.
“I’m Dr. Cameron…” she said, looking up at him…he was a tall man, and she was a slightly shorter woman. House gave her a confused look.
“No…Cameron is Dr. Cameron. I’m sure you’ve seen her before; overly-caring, bangs and ponytails, got the hots for me…” he said, leaning on his cane a little harder.
“Well, okay, Dr. Cameron is my sister. I’m Luella…but I prefer to go by Shay.” she said. She leaned against the wall as she was talking, holding her briefcase tightly.
“Oh my god…no way…YOU’RE Cameron’s sister?! The one Wilson was doing the horizontal tango with?! Oh, this is gonna be SO much fun…” he said with a smile. The ding of the elevator filled the tiny room and the doors slowly slid open, allowing House to limp to his office and leave Shay in slight surprise. Finally, Shay walked out of the elevator and followed House to his office. She walked into the diagnostic chamber and put her stuff down on the glass table.
“Hey, Allison!” she said, running over to Cameron and hugging her tightly.
“Shay! Hi!” Cameron said. They embraced each other for a minute, then pulled away and caught the confused looks on Chase and Foreman’s faces.
“Boys, this is my sister, Shay. She’s an intern here, under House! She’s gonna be working with us! Isn’t that great?” Cameron said with a very broad smile. Chase and Foreman looked at each other, then to Cameron, then to Shay.
“Sounds..like..fun.” Chase finally said, getting up from his seat and reaching his hand across the table. Shay ran over to his side of the table and gave him a hug.
“S’nice to meet you, Chase. I’ve heard a lot about you!” she said. Chase looked to Cameron and tilted his head.
    “Really?” he asked. “Good things?”
“Oh, yes. Good things. And Foreman!” Shay said, now giving Foreman a hug. Foreman looked very uncomfortable, but didn’t want to say anything.
“Heard all about you too!” she said. Finally, House walked out of his office and into the chamber.
“Did you guys throw a party without me? You guys sure can get busy quick if you’re to the cuddling part already.” he said, smirking as he limped up to the table. Shay smiled, wanting to hug House, but holding back since she knew he’d yell at her for it, and she didn’t need that on the first day of her job.
“So…do we have anything to do?” Shay asked. House rolled his eyes.
“No! We never have to do anything! Come on, time for bowling!” he said, heading for the door. The crew sat there, but Shay started to follow. Cameron grabbed her wrist and stopped her.
    “What?” Shay asked.
“Just sit down. I’ll explain it to you later.” Cameron said. Shay did as she was told and waited for House to come back…which he did, except he had Wilson with him. She smiled to Wilson, but he gave her a very weak smile back…
“So, Jimmy, this is Luella, huh?” House said, smirking like crazy.
“Yeah…” Wilson said, knowing what House was gonna bring up. “Um, hey, House, I have something really important to tell you…right now.”
“Oh, but Jimmy, I think you don’t want me to say -”
“COME ON, HOUSE!” Wilson said, dragging House away from the crew. They went into House’s office and Wilson locked the door and drew the blinds.
“Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy.” House said, shaking his head, but smirking. “You can’t run from little Jimmy’s and your mistakes forever.” Wilson glared at him evilly.
“House, you need to shut the hell up. It was just a one night stand.” he said.
“Cuddy thinks it was a little more than that, Jimbo.” he said. Wilson sighed.
“Look, House, I’m going out with Shay now. So drop it. Or I’ll take your vicodin.” he said. House knew Wilson really WOULD steal his vicodin, so he shut his mouth and let Wilson go back out into the diagnostic chamber. He followed suite, glancing at Cameron every now and then. Wilson sat down next to Shay and kissed her sweetly. House walked up to the table and leaned on his cane.
“Chase, Foreman, cover my clinic hours, and yours. Merry Christmas.” he said.
“Gee, thanks.” Chase said as he and Foreman got up and headed for the door. “And, by the way, it’s December 29th.” House gave Chase an evil glare as he watched him and Foreman leave.
“Wilson, Shay, get out.” he said. This time, Wilson gave House an evil glare, then grabbed Shay’s wrist and brought her to his office.
“Cameron, come with me.” he said, heading for his office. Cameron did as she was told, and stood in front of House’s desk as he shut his door and drew the blinds.
“Yes?” she asked, tilting her head and leaning against his desk. This caused her shirt to raise up a little and show her flat, taut stomach. House stared at her stomach for a moment, then looked up into her eyes.
“Santa told me you’ve been naughty. Time for your punishment.” he said, raising his cane up and holding it in both hands. He moved much closer to her and kept her in an eye-lock.
“Oh, are you gonna spank me?” she asked, pulling his pelvis against hers. House was a little surprised by the way Cameron was acting…but he liked it.
“Ooh…feisty…” he said, smiling at her devilishly. She smiled back and pulled him into a passionate kiss. Everything was washed away; the Wilson/Shay controversy, the Shay problem herself, the responsibilities of the day, everything. It was all gone with just one kiss. House hoped it would never end…

CHAPTER TWO:

Shay and Wilson were making out in his office when a knock came at the door. Wilson sighed and stopped, which made Shay giggle. She buttoned her shirt back up as Wilson unlocked and opened the door. It was Cuddy.
“Hey…Cuddy…” Wilson said, awkwardly. Cuddy, however, had no idea that Wilson and Shay were dating. And Shay didn’t know about Wilson and Cuddy’s ‘fling’ they’d had on Christmas. But Wilson was really worried about having Cuddy and Shay together in the same room…so he tried to solve his problem. He didn’t let Cuddy in, but closed the door most of the way and poked his head out.
“What’s up?” he asked, trying to sound normal and calm. Cuddy smiled.
“Nothing. I was just wondering if you had any free time…thought maybe we could have some fun…” she whispered to him, so no one in the hallway would hear. Turns out, Shay couldn’t hear her either, and for this, Wilson was glad.
“I’m sorry, Lisa, but no, I don’t have any free time. I’m actually in the middle of something right now, so I’m gonna have to get back to work, but how about we have dinner tonight…does that sound good?” Wilson whispered back, knowing full well Shay wouldn’t hear him. Cuddy smiled and nodded.
“Sounds great. See you here at 6:00.” she said. Then she quickly kissed Wilson, turned around, and headed to the elevator. Wilson smiled and shut the door. He turned back to Shay and saw she had a curious look on her face.
“What was that about?” she asked, standing up and walking to him. She started to unbutton his shirt as she waited for his reply, running a hand over his chest.
“Just work. Clinic duty, patients, paperwork, ya know.” he said, playing it as cool as he could. Shay smiled and nodded, now moving her hands down his chest…
“Okay. What do you say we get back to what we were doing?” she asked, her hand reaching it’s destination. Wilson let out a small gasp, then gave Shay a small smile.
“Sounds good to me.” he said. He ran his hands up her sides and pulled her to him tightly. Then they kissed as she massaged his most sensitive and pleasurable area. The kiss was passionate and sweet and sensitive. They didn’t break it until it was necessary…and they remained in his office for about an hour…

“I love you.” The words were echoing through his head and they wouldn’t stop it. He could hear them replaying themselves over and over again, ever since she’d said them. It wouldn’t stop and he didn’t know what to do. She’d already left his office, without a response from him, and yet, he was worrying about it.
House sighed as he squeezed the giant stress ball he usually had sitting on his desk. He and Cameron had done some fun things in his office for a while, and they were pretty content with the world in those moments. Then Cameron went to leave, and she grabbed her lab coat, turned to him, and said that she loved him. Without waiting for a reply, she left his office. He was completely dumbfounded by the statement. Love me? he thought to himself. How can she love me? He had no idea as to why Cameron would say something like ‘I love you.’ He didn’t think anyone could love him.
Again, he sighed as he thought about it all. Nothing seemed to make sense. And now he had to worry about saying it to her at some point…and actually meaning it. Would that ever happen? Could he actually love another person…ever?
He stopped thinking about it when he saw something - something that looked like underwear - hit the glass door leading to Wilson’s office. House smiled, as he was curious what was going on, and got up to investigate. He snuck out of his office, over the ledge connecting the balconies, then over to Wilson’s glass door. He didn’t open it, nor did he stand in front of it. He had to stay hidden if he wanted to know what was going on. He peered through the glass and realized that Wilson would never notice he was there…because Wilson was busy making Shay scream.
He smiled quite broadly as he watched for a moment, then pulled back and leaned against the wall. He couldn’t be seen…and he couldn’t stay there…so he did something he KNEW would anger Wilson; he knocked on the glass door, then opened it. He was actually shocked he’d gotten in, expecting the door to be locked.
“Hey, Jimmy Boy!” he said, loudly. Wilson gasped and spun around, blocking the view of Shay from House. Shay was fumbling for her clothes and House was stifling a huge outburst of laughter.
Finally, Shay was able to get her clothes on and she ran out of Wilson’s office, completely embarrassed. Wilson rolled his eyes as he pulled on his shirt and leaned against the front of his desk. House sat down on Wilson’s couch and smiled.
“Having some fun, Jimbo?” he asked, tilting his head and winking.
“I WAS, until YOU stormed in here and scared Shay away, you idiot.” Wilson replied. House couldn’t help but let out a chuckle.
“Well, I saw something hit the door and I wanted to make sure someone wasn’t going through your things and taking them.” he said, making a mock worried face.
“Oh, yeah, I’m sure you have major issues with theft after you STOLE my pad and wrote yourself prescriptions under MY name!” Wilson said. House shut up quick at that. Wilson knew he’d hurt House with that, but he was a little annoyed with him.
“Look, I’m sorry, but -” Wilson started.
“Don’t be sorry. You said what you wanted…and what you meant.” House said, interrupting him. He stood up and left Wilson’s office without another word, as Wilson looked after him. The door shut and Wilson held his face in his hands, afraid his friendship with House was on thinner ice than he wanted.
Just as House shut the door to Wilson’s office, he and Cameron literally bumped into each other, dropping folders and papers on the floor. Cameron looked up from the floor, after picking everything up, and smiled.
“Hey, you.” she said, tilting her head and moving closer to him.
“Hey…” he replied, putting his free hand on her waist. He held her close to him for a moment, then pulled away and looked into her eyes.
“Well, I have to go. Clinic duty. Wouldn’t wanna keep those whiners waiting, now would we?” Cameron said, winking at House. He chuckled a little. She was becoming more like him every day they were together.
“Okay. Have fun.” he said, sarcastically. Cameron nodded, and as she pressed the button for the elevator, just a couple of steps away from House, she turned back to him.
“Hey! House! Love you.” she said. Then she climbed inside the elevator and the doors shut, inch by inch, allowing House to stare at her beautiful form as it slowly disappeared. He stood in silence and solitude for a moment before he whispered to himself, “Love you, too.”

CHAPTER THREE:

“Oh, Jimmy, you’re so fidgety.” House said. He was laying on his couch in his office, watching Wilson fumble with his tie. He put on a tie everyday, and yet he was nervous as hell and unable to even do up this one tie.
“Shut up, House.” Wilson said, still attempting to form a decent knot in the piece of fabric he felt was choking him at this point. House got up and limped over to his friend. He undid the sad knot Wilson had produced, and started over. Wilson sighed exasperatedly, but let House attempt a successful knot.
“Did you give Cuddy a note today in Chemistry class?” House asked, smiling.
“Come on, House. Will you drop the stupid comments? This is a serious problem for me…” Wilson said. House finished the knot in Wilson’s tie and sat back down on the couch.
“Oh, yeah, it must be so hard to be such a ladies man, Mr. Jimmy Gigolo.” House said, rolling his eyes. Wilson was always cheating. What was it with him?
“God, House, give it a rest already!” Wilson shouted, turning to face his friend.
“It really is all about sex, even for you, isn’t it?” House said, tilting his head. He knew relationships were all about sex, but Wilson always seemed to at least act as if he had true, heartfelt intentions.
“Oh, and I suppose it’s not for you?” Wilson said, not really thinking about how that statement might hurt him in any way. It gave House something to tease Wilson about, but he’d worry about that later.
“Of course it is. Haven’t you seen my hookers? But you, on the other hand, always jump into relationships, do the sex part, do the marriage part, do the cheating part, then do the dumping part. Pretty simple and predictable. Except, now, you have two girls that you’re doing the horizontal tango with, and you have to choose one. You just don’t know which to choose.” House said, tapping the end of his cane on the floor every couple of seconds. Wilson looked over at him, then back into the mirror.
    “I know you’re right -” he started.
“Aren’t I always?” House interjected. Wilson ignored this and continued.
“- but I have no idea what I’m going to do. I didn’t mean for this to get so out of control! Half the reason I slept with Cuddy was because she wanted a baby…”
“And the other half of that reason?”
“I don’t know…I’ve always kind of liked her…she’s smart, she’s hot, she runs everything here and still has time to deal with you…”
“Hey, now! I’m just as much a handful as most of the people IN this hospital! What about Black in anesthesiology? Or Thompson down in the morgue? Or -”
“Shut up, House. My point is, Cuddy is a great woman…”
“Sex-wise? Or are we talking over-all here? Cause I wanna know how she is in the sack before I give her a test run…”
“HOUSE! SHUT UP ALREADY! …Cuddy is great. But so is Shay! I don’t know what to do…”
“Well, Shay’s got an over-all hot bod, but Cuddy’s fun bags are bigger…”
“Ya know what? That’s it. I’m late for dinner already. Thanks so much for all your help on this matter, House.”
“My pleasure. Tell Cuddy her fun bags are looking particularly plump and squeezable tonight. I DARE you!”
“Gee, thanks, House.” came a woman’s voice from the doorway. It was Cuddy, soon followed by Cameron.
“Cuddy, to what do we owe this not so pleasant surprise?” House said, again, tilting his head the way he always did. Cameron walked over and sat down next to him on the couch.
“Well, if you must know - although I’m sure you already do - Wilson and I are gonna get some dinner.” Cuddy said.
“Sounds like a rip-roaring good time, there, Cuds. But don’t have too much fun; you might spontaneously combust!” House replied. Cameron stifled a laugh and rested her head on House’s chest and her hand on his thigh. House attempted to control his urge to take Cameron and make love to her right there on the couch in front of Wilson and Cuddy, by wrapping his arms around her and kissing the top of her head.
“Yeah, whatever. Come on, James, we’re late as it is.” Cuddy said. She grabbed Wilson’s arm and dragged him out of House’s office. Cameron said she hoped they’d have fun, then looked up at House and kissed his chest that was still clothed…for the time being, anyway.
“So, what are we gonna do now that Cuddy and Wilson have gone to dinner?” Cameron asked, winking at House. He smiled at her and pushed a hanging strand of hair out of her face and behind her ear.
“Gee, I don’t know…we could play some video games…” he said, smiling. Cameron put on a fake pout and climbed onto House’s lap, straddling him.
“Aw, but I wanted to do something MUCH more fun…” she said, running her hands down his chest and reaching the most pleasurable part of his anatomy. House’s eyes widened and his mouth opened a little in shock.
“Dr. Cameron, are you trying to seduce me?” he asked, putting his hands on her hips and pulling her a little closer to him. Cameron leaned in closer, put her lips to House’s ear, and whispered, “Always.”
She blew a little air into House’s ear, then started licking it slowly. House exhaled with pleasure and held tight to Cameron, both of their bodies getting hotter with every passing second. Finally, House couldn’t take the teasing anymore and he pushed Cameron back onto the couch and touched his lips to her neck. He felt her pulse jump against his lips, which caused him to smile. He slipped his tongue through his lips and licked her burning hot skin. Cameron let out a moan, which just got House more excited. He un-buttoned her black, silk shirt she was wearing and replaced it with kisses all over her bare skin.
“H-house…ohh…” Cameron moaned, running her hands through House’s hair as he moved lower on her body. He unzipped her pants and pulled them down to find that Cameron had gone commando. He smiled and used his hand to please her. Another, stronger moan erupted from her mouth. House quickly replaced his hand with his tongue and made Cameron moan louder than he’d ever heard. She clutched the couch tightly, trying to control her body from shaking with pleasure.
Finally, after a couple minutes of moaning and screaming, Cameron was able to get out what she’d been trying to say.
“House…I think we should move to a more secluded place…like you’re bedroom…” she whispered. House looked up at her with a huge broad smile on his face.
“I’ve got something better.” he whispered, taking her by the hand and helping her up. She grabbed her shirt and covered herself up as House led her outside onto the balcony. They walked over to Wilson’s office and House unlocked the door with his key. He opened the door and looked around the dark office. Then he pulled Cameron inside and shut and locked the door. She locked the main entrance to the office, then they closed the blinds and sat down on the couch. Once again, they got to work pleasing each other and making screams bounce off the walls…

“Ya know, House, you seem to be doing a lot better with your pills.” Cameron noted, smiling as she leaned back on the couch and took in the view of his hot, wet, naked body. They’d had quite a bit of fun in Wilson’s office and decided to relax there for a while.
“Well, as the band, Sweet, says, ‘Love is like oxygen; You get too much you get too high, not enough and you’re gonna die. Love gets you high.’ …your love gets me high, which is enough for my leg…and my addiction…” House said, looking at his feet. Then he looked back up at Cameron’s beautiful face. Her eyes were watery, but she was smiling at him. She put her hand on his leg and squeezed it.
“I’ll always be here…I’ll always be your oxygen…” she said, a tear rolling down her cheek. House smiled sadly at her, fighting back his own tears.
“Thank you…I love you…” he said for her to hear. She looked up at him and he looked at her. She climbed on top of him until she was face to face with him. Their lips connected and they let their tongues slip through their lips, entangling them together.
“I love you, too.” she said, once they’d separated. House held her as she laid on him, her head on his chest. Eventually, they fell asleep in each others arms…
The words, ‘I love you’ were roaming the room and testing the waters…they finally came to the conclusion that the ones that said that phrase truly meant it, and they slowly dissipated into House and Cameron’s souls, connecting them forever…

CHAPTER FOUR:

“That was nice…” Cuddy said, holding her jacket. Wilson nodded as he flipped on his turn signal and made a left. He was headed for Cuddy’s place when he remembered that he’d left pretty much everything of his at the hospital. So he did a quick U-turn and headed toward the hospital.
“Where are we going?” Cuddy asked.
“The hospital. I forgot my stuff.” Wilson replied. Cuddy nodded and looked out the window. Wilson seemed…distant…and she wasn’t really sure what to say or do. Wilson sensed that Cuddy wasn’t having a very good time, and he didn’t really know what to do, considering he was trying to pick the girl he liked best.
“I’m sorry, Cuddy. I know you’re not really having fun. I’m just a little stressed out right now…” Wilson said. Cuddy looked at him and smiled.
“It’s okay, James. Thank you.” she said, putting her hand on his leg. She began massaging it…then she moved her hand a little higher up on his leg, reaching his thigh. She inched her hand inwards and finally reached his sensitive spot. Wilson let out a small surprised gasp, then sat as quiet as possible, trying to concentrate on the road as Cuddy massaged him through his pants.
After what seemed like an eternity to Wilson, they arrived at the hospital. Wilson parked the car and slowly eased himself out of his seat. He exhaled strongly at the rush of the cold night air, then walked over to Cuddy’s side and opened her door for her. She stepped out, smiling broadly, and followed Wilson inside.
They walked up to his office and he found that his door was locked.
“What the…” he said quietly to himself. He pulled out his key, stuck it in the lock, and unlocked the door. Before he could open the door, Cuddy turned him around, slammed him into the door, and started kissing him. They were strong, passionate kisses, and Wilson couldn’t resist kissing her back. She separated their mouths and moved to his neck, sucking on it like candy. Wilson gasped for air and gripped Cuddy’s body tightly. Now, more than ever, he wanted to get into his office.
He reached behind himself and grasped the door handle. Cuddy paused momentarily so they could get in his office and continue there, in privacy, and Wilson opened the door.
“Oh my fuck - House!” Wilson said, seeing Cameron, naked, lying on top of House, also naked, on his couch in his office. Cuddy gasped and looked away. Wilson ran over to his desk and pulled a blanket out of the bottom drawer. He threw it over his naked friends lying on the couch and turned back to Cuddy.
“Why’d you have a blanket in your desk?” Cuddy asked.
“For the times when I have no where to stay, and I have to stay here.” Wilson said, looking down at his shoes. Cuddy’s face went seriously sad and she walked up to Wilson and put her hand on his cheek.
“Oh, James. It’s okay.” she said, lifting his head so they were face to face. She kissed him sweetly, then they became more passionate about it, running their hands all over each others’ bodies. They got down onto the floor, since there was no room anywhere else, and pleased each other with as much silence as they could muster. They didn’t want to wake their friends, which they didn’t. After a bit, they, too, fell asleep in each others arms, covered by another blanket Wilson had.

Cameron slowly opened her eyes and yawned. She looked up at House’s face, which seemed so very peaceful, and smiled. Then her eye caught Wilson and Cuddy asleep with a blanket over them on the floor, and she had to stifle a laugh. She saw a blanket was covering her and House, then remembered that she and he were naked and had fallen asleep that way. She felt extremely embarrassed that Wilson and Cuddy had seen her naked, and she looked around for her clothes. When she saw her bra lying on the floor in front of the couch, she reached down for it, but House’s hand grabbed her arm and stopped her.
“Morning, hot stuff.” House said, winking. Cameron smiled and giggled quietly.
“Hey, sexy guy of mine.” she replied. House pulled her up on his body and kissed her passionately. Cameron was so lost in the intensity of the kiss, that she didn’t notice Wilson and Cuddy waking up. House and Cameron finally separated and gasped for air. They smiled at each other, then Cameron whispered to him.
“Wilson and Cuddy had a little fun in here last night as well.” she said, tilting her head towards the two, who were looking around sleepily.
“What’s up with this room? Is it sexually-charged or something?” House asked. Cameron smiled and shook her head.
“Good question. Why don’t you ask Wilson?” she said.
“Morning, sleepy sex fiends.” House said to Wilson and Cuddy. They both gave him devil glares and Wilson spoke up.
“US?! YOU two are the ones who came in here, MY OFFICE, last night and did, as you so quaintly put it, the horizontal tango!” Wilson said. House smiled.
“Well, I couldn’t very well do it in MY office, now could I? Wouldn’t wanna ruin my couch with all the -” House said, but was cut off.
“I don’t wanna know!” Wilson shouted, putting his hand up and signaling House to shut it. Cameron giggled.
“Okay, come on guys. Let’s get outta here, shall we?” Cuddy said. Cameron and Wilson nodded, but House looked reluctant.
“Aw! But I don’t wanna! I’ve got my naked girl here, ready for more action, I’ve got a comfy couch to lay on, and I’ve got the ability to control Wilson and lock everyone outta here.” House said, smiling broadly. Cameron snickered and covered her mouth. Cuddy gasped and Wilson gave House a VERY angry look.
“Get outta my office, House.” Wilson said.
“Naw, I don’t think so. And, you see, I’m gonna do some stuff to Cameron whether you’re in here or not, so if you want a show, stick around - trust me, it’s worth it - but if you’d rather get busy with your girlfriend in HER office, you’d better leave right now…” House replied, pulling Cameron up on his body and gripping her tightly. Cameron gasped with surprise and excitement. House began to suck her neck, leaving a line of hickies going downward on her body. Wilson and Cuddy knew they couldn’t stop the two lovers, and immediately got up, wrapped the blanket around themselves, and ran out together. Cameron laughed, then gasped again as House used his fingers and hand to please her. She felt moans erupt from her lips, which caused House to move faster and harder. Finally, she screamed with satisfaction and gave House a turn for some fun…

CHAPTER FIVE:

House and Cameron slipped out of Wilson’s office through the back door and ran over to House’s office. They got inside, closed the blinds and locked the doors, and got dressed very quickly. House had wanted to stay in Wilson’s office and please Cameron all day, but she protested because it was a work day and Wilson would have to use his office at SOME point during the day. House reluctantly agreed and they went back to his office.
Once dressed, Cameron glanced in the mirror on the wall. She straightened her shirt and buttoned her pants, making sure everything looked okay. House came up behind her and put his hands on her shoulder, using her for a little support so he could stand. Cameron smiled and put her hands on top of House’s. She slowly moved his hands down on her body, until they reached her breasts, and she held them there. House smiled broadly at her reflection in the mirror, and he began to kiss her neck. Cameron closed her eyes as her breath started to slow down and become more forceful. She grabbed House’s hips tightly and held his pelvis to her behind.
After a few minutes, Cameron took hold of House’s hands, stopping him.
“I’m sorry, House - trust me, I’d rather not stop - but we’ve gotta start working. I’m sure Chase and Foreman are already here and Cuddy will probably tear us apart if we keep doing this…” she said. House didn’t stop kissing her neck, and was now sucking on it not so lightly. He gripped her shoulders and gave her one last hickey, then looked up into the mirror and smiled at Cameron again.
“Aw! But I don’t wanna!” he said, having a fake temper-tantrum. Cameron giggled and slapped his arm.
“Come on, House.” she said, dragging him into the diagnostic chamber. No one was there yet, but Cameron went over to the coffee maker and made some coffee for everyone. House smiled as he watched her, then sat down at the glass table and rested his cane on the edge. Cameron handed him his cup of coffee in his red mug and sat down next to him. They leaned in closer to kiss each other when the door opened and Chase walked in.
“I see the love birds got here early.” he said, sounding annoyed.
“We never left.” House said, smiling and raising an eyebrow, mischievously. Chase spun around and stared for a moment, then shuddered and turned back to the coffee pot. Foreman came in reading a book.
“Cameron, Chase, House.” he said, acknowledging everyone as he put his things down at the table then went to get some coffee.
“Morning, Foreman.” Cameron said. Chase just nodded to him.
“G’mornin, Foreman, ‘ol buddy!” House said. Foreman gave him a strange look, then grabbed his coffee and sat down.
“Yeah, morning. Any cases?” he asked. Cameron shook her head.
“Not yet.” she replied. “But I haven’t seen Cuddy since she and Wilson -” Cameron stopped herself when she realized what she was saying, and covered her mouth. Chase and Foreman looked at her curiously.
“What? Since they what?” Foreman asked.
“Since they ran outta Jimmy’s office in nothing but a blanket!” House said with a smile. Foreman burst out laughing, imagining how hilarious it must have been to watch them waddle down the hallway together with nothing but a towel on. Chase spewed his coffee on his stuff that was sitting on the table.
“EW! GROSS!” House said, doing his best ‘Michelle’ voice from Full House. He secretly loved to watch Nick@Nite, and Full House was one of his favorite shows. Cameron caught it immediately and laughed. Chase ran over to the counter and grabbed a couple paper towels.
As the crew watched Chase clean up his coffee, Cuddy stormed into the office with a couple files in hand. She marched up to House and gave him an evil glare.
“Uh, oh. Daddy’s been bad. Is it time for my spanking, now?” House asked, giving her a pouty face. Cameron stifled another laugh and Cuddy made a frustrated noise.
“House, shut up.” she said, plain and simple. House’s eyebrow shot up in curiosity.
“What’s up with you? You usually come back with just as witty a retort.” he asked, tilting his head again.
“YOU kicked me and James out of HIS office and forced us to run to MY office in just a blanket! Gee, House, I wonder why I’d be pissed right now.” she said, turning around and throwing her hands up in the air as if the entire world had lost it’s mind. House smiled a little as he watched her leave, then he blinked and turned back to the crew.
“New patient.” he said, grabbing one of the files. When he read the name on the folder, he didn’t believe it at first…he re-read it a couple times over til he was sure he’d read it correctly. Cameron noticed the strange look on his face and picked up a folder for herself. Her eyes grew wider and her mouth dropped open as she read the name.
“Oh my, god…it can’t be her…” she said, barely able to get out any words.
“What? What is it? Who’s the patient?” Foreman asked, curiously.
    “Shay.” House answered.

CHAPTER SIX:

    “Shay?” Chase asked, dumbfounded.
“Yeah, ya know, the one that was screwing Wilson…oh, no, wait, Cuddy was doing that, too…” House said, looking up as if he was pondering something. Cameron smacked his arm rather hard. He glanced at her angrily, then began rubbing the spot where he was hit. Chase stifled a laugh.
“What’re her symptoms?” Foreman asked, grabbing a file.
“Hmm…I dunno…I haven’t practiced my reading lately…too busy re-enacting porn movies with Cameron.” House replied. Cameron hit him again, and this time, House went silent. Foreman rolled his eyes and scanned through the file quickly.
“Could be an allergic reaction…” he said after a moment of thought. Cameron nodded.
“Okay, let’s test her. Do blood work, a tox screen, and get an MRI.” she said, getting up and heading for the door. House grabbed her arm and stopped her.
“Hey, hey, hey. I’M the boss around here, little miss.” he said. Cameron gave him a pleading look, and he sighed.
“Fine.” he said. Cameron kissed him quickly, then practically ran out of the room, Chase and Foreman following suite. House got up and limped into his office. He decided it was time for a nap.

“Shay?” Wilson said, walking into Shay’s room. She looked up at him and smiled.
“Hi, James.” she said. Wilson smiled back, but it was a weak smile. He was so uneasy about the whole thing. Not only was he dating her and Cuddy at the same time, but he STILL hadn’t made a decision on who he should be with. Now he felt even more guilty, since Shay was sick. It was all so wrong and confusing.
“I’m sorry…” he said, finally, putting his hand to her cheek. Shay’s face contorted in confusion.
    “For what?” she asked.
“Just, that you’re sick…that I wasn’t there when you fainted…that I’m just now getting here…I’m sorry for it all…” he replied. Shay smiled.
“Sweetheart, none of this is your fault. You have nothing to be sorry for.” she said. This made Wilson feel even more guilty, but he smiled at Shay and nodded. He sat down on the other side of her and rested his hand on hers. Foreman walked in and up to Shay.
    “Foreman?” Wilson said, confused.
“I’m doing a scratch test for allergies.” Foreman said. “We think that this may have been an allergic reaction to something. Shay, can you please turn over and lay flat on your stomach?” Shay nodded and did as she was told, taking hold of Wilson’s hand and gripping it tightly. Foreman did the whole scratch test as quickly as possible, then told Shay she could turn back over and that he would let her know about their results as soon as they got them. Wilson considered leaving, but guilt got the better of him and he stayed there, eventually falling asleep shortly after Shay did.

“Shay?” Cuddy said, shocked. “God…I hope she’s okay.
“Don’t worry, I’ll make sure she’s comfortable.” Nurse Brenda said. She wrapped her arms around Cuddy and comforted her. After a minute or so, Cuddy thanked her and went back to her office. She couldn’t believe it; Shay had arrived and started working for House only a day or two ago, and now she was House’s patient…it was insane. She hoped that House could figure out what was wrong with Shay. House was the master when it came to diagnostics, but with him being with Cameron as well as trying to cut down on vicodin, everything was harder for him.
She’d have to talk to him about it later, because right now, she had something else on her mind. Wilson had been acting very strange lately…it seemed like he was trying to avoid her…and he was making up excuses to get out of dates with her all the time. She needed to figure out what was going on, and she decided to get started immediately. She headed out of her office and walked to the elevator, planning on finding Wilson and confronting him.

CHAPTER SEVEN:

House snorted himself awake. He had been sleeping for an hour or two, and he’d had a dream about Cameron…well, let’s just leave it at that. He yawned and leaned back in his chair, closing his eyes again.
“House?” Cameron said, knocking on his door softly.
“Cam!” House said, opening his eyes and tilting his head. Cameron smiled and came in, walking up to his desk and sitting on the edge.
“I think we need some new theories about Shay…” she said, looking worried suddenly. House sighed and looked down at his feet.
    “Like what?” he asked.
    “Well…I don’t know…can we do a differential?” she asked.
“Yeah…but we need the Wombat and MC Hammer in here to do that…” House replied. Cameron smirked and shook her head.
“I think they’re in the clinic. I’ll page them.” she said. She paged the boys and walked with House into the diagnostic chamber. After a minute, the boys strolled in to see House and Cam making out at the table.
“Okay, okay, that’s enough.” Chase said in frustration. He couldn’t stand seeing Cameron with House. This, of course, made House happy. So, to rub it in the wombat’s face, he gave Cameron an immensely passionate, lingering kiss that made her weak in the knees. When Cameron stood, she gasped for air and smiled. Chase gave her a look as if she was an idiot, then Cameron blushed and ran over to the coffee maker. House smirked and got up, walking over to the whiteboard.
“Good morning.” Foreman said, walking into the chamber absentmindedly. Cameron smiled and nodded, Chase grunted angrily, and House just stood there.
“Quite a good morning, it is, Dr. Foreman. Do we know why it’s a good morning?” House said, tilting his head the way he always did.
“Um…no?” Foreman said, making a face. He sat down to his coffee that Cameron had just placed on the table. Chase got up and got his own coffee, and Cameron sat down with her mug, waiting for House to continue.
“Alright, folks, here’s the deal. We’re doin’ another differential for Shay. Ready…set…I didn’t say go…I didn’t say go…and…GO!”
The differential went on for about ten minutes, a suggestion popping up every couple of seconds, and being shot down by House, along with a snarkastic comment. Finally, Foreman and Chase decided to just run some tests (under House’s order, of course). They left together, and Cameron turned to House.
“Do you think we’ll solve this problem?” she asked. She was desperate for some kind of hope. She didn’t want to lose her sister.
“I don’t know, Cam…we’re trying.” House replied, pulling her to him and holding her comfortingly. He wasn’t usually the ‘compassionate’ type, but seeing Cameron like this broke his heart. They walked into his office together and laid down on the couch. Cameron let a tear roll down her face as she snuggled into House’s arms. He held her body to his and they slowly fell asleep together.

“Cameron?” Chase said, opening the door to the diagnostic chamber. She wasn’t there. He glanced at the door to House’s office, and noticed the blinds down.
“Damn it.” he mumbled under his breath. He walked up to the door and found it unlocked. He opened the door slowly and peered inside, spotting House and Cameron together on the couch. He thanked God they were sleeping instead of doing what he thought they might be doing.
“Cameron?” Chase whispered, shaking her arm a little to wake her up. Her eyes fluttered open and she looked at Chase sleepily.
“Chase? What is it? Is it Shay?” she asked hopefully. But Chase shook his head almost immediately. Cameron’s expression fell quite noticeably.
“I’m sorry. I just…I wanted to tell you something…but it’s hard for me to say…can we move to the chamber?” he whispered, glancing at House and praying he wouldn’t wake up. Cameron nodded and slowly got off the couch, placing House’s arm around a pillow in her place, then walked with Chase to the chamber.
“So, Chase, what did you want to say?” Cameron asked, turning to face him. However, instead of saying something, Chase grabbed Cameron’s arms and pulled her to him. He kissed her aggressively and shoved her against the wall, causing a moan to erupt from Cameron’s lips. Finally, Chase pulled away and stared into Cameron’s eyes.
“What the hell was that for, Chase?!” Cameron said, trying hard to control her voice so as to not wake House. Chase sighed.
“Cameron, I’m sorry, but I really like you…I think I might love you…and I just wanted to see if you felt the same way…”
“How the hell would I feel the same way?! I love House, you idiot!” Cameron said, waving her arms in the air.
“I don’t know! I wanted a chance. But screw it. You’d rather be with that cranky old man than with me. I don’t know what the hell you see in him.” Chase said, turning to leave. Cameron wasn’t gonna let that slide. She spun Chase around, pulled back her fist, and slammed it into Chase’s face. He fell back onto the floor, writhing in pain and clutching his face.
“If you EVER say ANYTHING like that again, I’ll hit you so hard you won’t wake up.” Cameron shouted. She couldn’t control her anger anymore. She burst out crying and stormed off into House’s office while Chase slowly got up off the floor. He rubbed his cheek where the punch had connected. There’d be a bruise there later. He cursed himself and Cameron under his breath, then left the chamber and headed for the lab.

Cameron sat down on one of the chairs in House’s office, sobbing and shaking uncontrollably. This obviously woke House up, and he looked at Cameron curiously.
“What is it?” House asked, sitting up. He leaned closer to Cameron, who was sitting in front of him, and took her hand.
“Chase is a bastard.” Cameron said. House stifled a laugh. I’ve known that for years. he thought to himself. Then he came back to reality.
“What did the wombat do?” he asked. Cameron shook her head as tears streaked down her face.
“I don’t wanna talk about it.” she said. House sighed and rolled his eyes, but luckily for him, Cameron didn’t notice. She buried her face in House’s chest and he held onto her as she cried. Half of him wanted to be somewhere else, half of him wanted to kill that stupid wombat. But he’d handle it later. He had to stay with Cameron for a while. They laid together with the doors locked and the blinds down, sleeping until Cuddy broke through the silence with a scream about clinic duty.
